Albert Land and Margaret Ann Sitch

We thank Albert Land for his patience in the intensive shopping trips
we made to Granbury. He showed us many, many houses in several subdivisions.
He got answers to questions in between times. This included inspection trips.
He tromped over the lot to see the building site and the lake shore.
He went out in the rain and measured the rooms in a house of interest to us.

We may never have discovered the house in Timber Cove, had it not been for Margaret Ann.
She found it in a brochure put out by the home builders of Granbury.

Dan Dunn and Marilyn Mason

Dan built a quality home with many extras.
And he will provide additional building and "hardscape" in the landscaping for us.
Marilyn, a Timber Ridge Homes associate did a super job of decorating the house.
(She was really smiling, but the camera caught her at the wrong time.)
