The twin lavatories had gift wrapped boxes of tiffany soap. Towel rods were warmed and the shower stall was ample in size.

This is David Our Valet.

David was right there to see that everything we needed was done. He was the one that got engineering to our room when the air conditioning didn't work, pronto.

Thanks, David. And thanks to all the others who made our trip so successful.

Complimentry Fresh Fruit Daily

Holland America Cruise Line says their ships are 5 star hotels. But they sure didn't respond when our toilet didn't work like the Peninsula did when our bedside control wouldn't operate the air condidtioning. The Peninsula was right on it immediately. We had engineering types in our room right away. They replaced the control, which solved the problem, but they checked back several times to make sure it continued to work correctly.

Room Service Breakfast

We had an early flight out of Hong Kong, so tour director, Renee Ho ordered room service breakfasts for all of us. Goodness, it's just like in the movies.

See our farewell dinner party next.
