These are typical
buildings seen
in Salem's business

Houses on previous
pages were of
historical significance.

These houses are typical
examples of what
you see on a
Salem street.

Georgian Colonial Crowninshield-Bently House was built in 1727-1730.

The Witch House

"The Witch House", was the home of magistrate Jonathan Corwin
who conducted the witch trials in 1692.
This is the only house still standing in Salem with any direct connection
to the witch trials.
